There will be a delay in filing the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the “Annual Report”) of Elys Game Technology, Corp. (the “Company”) because of constraints placed on the Company due to continuing travel restrictions and lockdowns resulting from the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic in countries where the Company conducts business. The Company needs additional time to complete its financial statements and believes that the Annual Report will be completed and filed within the fifteen-day extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
